WMC were commissioned by The Brunel Centre in Swindon to advise on the feasibility of turning an under-utilised unit in the shopping centre into a temporary market space. WMC produced a report which provided an overview of the current provision in the Swindon area; an analysis of the current demographics of the wider region; and explored potential new concepts for the space. Off the back of that report, WMC were further instructed to put together an operations and marketing budget for a trial programme of events, conduct market research into the likely ongoing demand for market led retail in that space, and de-brief on their findings at the end.
